10.00am – 1.00pm    Welcome and introduction by Meryanne Loum-Martin

                                   Literary Salon inc. Q&A, moderated by Taiye Selasi, Enuma Okoro and Violaine Binet

10.30am – 6.00pm    Black Shade Projects* exhibitions onsite 

1.00pm                      Lunch served in the gardens at Jnane Tamsna


2.00pm                      Introduction to the film in the garden 


2.45pm                      Leave for Cinema School. Introduction by Mashariki Williamson & Director Melina Matsoukas

                                   Screening of “Queen & Slim”

                                         

5.00pm – 6.00pm     Cinema Salon with Melina Matsoukas, Claude Grunitzky, Rokhaya Diallo and Gil Robertson


7.00pm – 9.00pm     Please do join us at Kabana for drinks and sushi


The cost will be 250 MAD per person and payable on arrival.  This will cover one cocktail and a selection of sushi. After 9.00pm, any further drinks or food will be paid separately.


FRIDAY 21ST  FEBRUARY

Dinner at your leisure, however we will be delighted to recommend a restaurant to you

09.30am                      Creativity in Entrepreneurship moderated by Misan Harriman

11.00am                      Adelaide Damoah art performance presented by Black Shade Projects*

8.00pm                       Gala Dinner at Jnane Tamsna

If you have booked accommodation through us at Jnane Tamsna, we will be providing transport for you.  This will be from a given point in the Medina which we will communicate to you separately. If you have booked your own accommodation, your riad/hotel will be able to help you make your transport arrangements.
